Eligibility for Returns
· Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
· A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
· The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
· Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our Toy Store.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns:
· Toys with hygiene seals that have been opened or tampered with (e.g., bath toys).
· Personalized or custom-made toys.
· Clearance or discounted items marked as "Final Sale."
Process for Returns
In-Person Returns
· Visit any Event our toy stall is trading at with the item you wish to return and the original receipt.
· Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
· If approved, you may choose between a refund, exchange, or credit.
Mail-In Returns
· Contact us at sales@twilighttoystore.co.uk to initiate the return process.
· Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation for the return.
· The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
· Once we receive and inspect the item, an appropriate resolution (refund, exchange, or credit) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
· Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@twilighttoystore.co.uk . We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping costs.
